Today is the first day of autumn , and already the weather is cold. wow, what a summer it has been. So much fun, laughter, random emotions, all rolled into one. The final week of summer, was quite a quiet one for me.. Can't remember doing anything much last week.. ocf welcome night on friday.. a lot of new people , glad that I manage to talk to quite a few of them. On Saturday, it was the workers group BBQ. went earlier to vic mart to buy some salads for the bbq, then rushed to studley park.. it was slightly drizzling so wasn't the best day for a bbq.. there was a surprise guest.. dipso...hahah. obviously coming back to attend to more important matters. Afterwards, in the evening, met up with royston and gang.. went to Jade Kingdom for dinner. heard lots of things about it.. and it didn't disappoint! food was awesome.. had the yam basket.. heaven.. and the tofu and butter prawns were fantastic too. Funny thing was.. saw peiling's mum.. and they were eating at the table next to us.. after a few moments, saw chris and family, they were on the way to dinner too! ahhaha.. quite weird to bump into people you know, when the place is so far out of town.

On Sunday, was a bit late for church.. sermon was good, managed to stay awake. After that went for lunch at singapore chom chom. the usual place. After that, went to church to pick up some chairs and went to Laurent to get cake for yanyan.. Captain's ball after that, quite fun but I didn't run much.. ahahaha. Left after that to yanyan's birthday steamboat.. quite funny conversations about relationships and whatnot.. then played IQ games which was stupid but funny how some ppl can't get it when it's so obvious.. hahahaha.. ok ok.. i'm also quite slow in getting some of it! so yea.. that was my final week of summer.. it's been quite a ride.. autumn will see more people coming back from holidays.. I kinda like the summer crowd.. :)
