My First Time
I've read friend's and other popular blogs for quite a time and decided to try it out myself. Why, you may ask? Well i've convinced myself that there are at least 10 lame reasons for me to start a journalistic existence in cyberspace. Here goes..

1. Blogging is good for the soul.

2. It's a somewhat valid(but sorry) excuse to procrastinate. Yeah. Tell that to an Engineering student.

3. A way to boast about how you saw this big monster truck run over a chicken with two heads the other day while taking a walk around campus, and nobody was there to vouch that you actually SAW it happen.

4. It keeps the electrons on your computer busy, lest they all start an atomic revolution to end their immense boredom and cause your god forsaken computer to blow itself up, and in the process, blow your brains out as well.RGHHH!!! Ok that's an exagereration.

5. You can boast of your immense mental capacity to come up with profound views of string theory and quantum gravity, not to mention shakespeare's secret love life and other abstract theories which you pretend to know inside out but actually only have the slightest clue about.

6. Internet Connection per month : $15 ; Setting up a blogspot account: Free ; Seeing your site counter register it's 100th viewer: wat the heck. It's just the 100th viewer you desperate attention seeker! Go get a life!!

7. You can rant on and on about how smelly the guy next to you in lecture were this morning, or how out of shape your lecturer's face is. And not get your face caved into your skull the next morning.

8. Blogging influences the shape of regional politics

9. The joy( or horror) of somone you know finding out about your blog, which you intended to keep it secret from. Oh no. That's happening this very instant. Hello mum. Say hi to dad will ya.

10. That's for you to know and me to find out.
