Somehow I couldn't remember much of this week.. Watched valentine's day at hoyts on tuesday night.. was not bad of a movie I think. There were some clever bits but also some very cliche bits... On thursday, 6 of us watched The Hurt Locker at nova. I would say quite a good movie.. deserves all the praises the critics heaped on it. Such a grim reality of the ongoing war that's happening around the middle east area. Funny part: Fire in the Hole! hahhaa.. laughed so much then. After the movie we went to Chinatown for dinner.. this new place called Minh Zhang or sth like that.. food was okay-ish..
Had Friday daytime off so went to the Jap embassy to get my passport.. thank God everything is good.. got my visa.. it looks so nice, so much better than lousy aussie PR sticker man. After that, came home to sleep again.. night time was the big day.. the commissioning of the laverton project.. that i've not been much involved in.. but was great to have the chance to be involved in the commisionning... was a new experience for me doing actual testing on site. was quite full on for the final 6 hours.. came home around 8.30am in the morning.. dead tired.. slept for a bit then went out to city for lunch with kayweng.. after that just came home to sleep again.. at 8pm again went back to work.. this time we were just sitting around all night doing absolutely nothing!! was bored to the skin.. probably the easiest money i'll ever make in my life .. hahahaha. rather be doing something though.. the other teams on the radio seem to be getting more instructions to do stuff.. oh well! came home at 8am again... then slept for about 5 hrs until 2.. went for basketball where today there were so many people at the court either playing bball or playing cards or just standing around chatting.. seems to have more girls than guys around this week. After the games we went to footscray for dinner..
that's pretty much my week.. gonna have to start planning my jap holiday soon! can't wait! hahaha..
