After church on sunday, we went for lunch at Tea Time in Swanston St. Quite an interesting concept coz almost half the menu had something with TEA in it. tea flavoured curry chicken. tea flavoured fried rice. tea flavoured this and that. But I opted for tea flavoured curry chicken.

Seriously, it tasted like some curry I could have cooked myself. And there's not a hint of tea in it. Maybe my senses are not that sensitive. Anyway, shake shake treated me to a LONG OVERDUE bubble milk tea. hahaa.. stupid :p
After that I walked sy home before coming home and doing a bit of work. In the evening, was helping yy and wl move 2 mattresses from Drummond St to Swanston St, which is not that far but involved an embarassing, and as the girls would call it "totally unglam" walk across Argyle Place, a public park (which thankfully didn't have much people) and most mensiasoikan is the walk across Lygon St while crossing the traffic lights. Imagine the look of amusement (or horror) of the drivers stopped at the red lights seeing a bunch of international students carrying mattresses across the road. haha.. Back in college square later, helped sy move her stuff from her fren's place to my place for the night. Nothing compared to today's feat of moving from my place down to the mover truck, then to Uropa to take mattresses and washing machine.. oh, and while I'm at it I might as well post this "totally unglam" picture of the flood victim with her stuff at the back of the truck..

muakakakaa.. ok so coming back to the story, moving from the truck to the 3rd floor of their new house was quite a monumental task. But we manage to pull it off in the end with much sweat.
Then I was treated to dinner for all my hard labour on Labour's day. Irony.
This was at Claypot King on Swanston St. Sucked quite bad. Not recommended.
Good to see that the homeless girls have finally found a place. No more squatting and sleeping on the sofa. And I think I'll have bigger muscles tomorrow. Hahah..
