tim tam
Coating biscuits with chocolate must be one of the greatest food idea since potato chips. I most remember such an implementation as Chit Chat cookies sold in Malaysia when I was young (I think they still do sell it). Apparently, chit chat and tim tam are both the same thing, orginating from New Zealand (if you don't already know).

Uni students such as myself will think of tim tam as a heaven sent. tim tam is rumoured to halt clinical depression :p hahaa.. of coz, there are various flavours of tim tam sold in australia; original(duh), double choc, tia maria, latte, caramel etc etc. Personally I prefer original or double choc.. the rest are just too sweet for my liking. Back in Kuching last year,I found some Arnott's tim tam selling for a freaking expensive RM11 (gasp)!! anyway, recently Arnott's introduced a new flavour:

My first thought: that's so gay!!

Nevertheless I bought one(obviously) coz it was on sale. And because I support breast cancer research...

now don't laugh..10cents goes to the cancer foundation for every tim tam sold ;p

Considering the abundance of strawberries here, it's a surprise they took so long to come out with a stawberry flavour. I think it smells very nice compared to other tim tams. the taste is ok, but i still prefer original flavour..hahah..

exams approaching.. tim tam(and junk food) consumption rising.. haha.. if you get too stressed you might want to try this out: nibble oppositely diagonal sides off an original tim tam, then suck coffee/mocha/latte/espresso/other_drinks_that_will_keep_you_awake through the biscuit as if it were a straw. tell me what you think..hahah..

ok..back to study..
